Llegamos al apartamento y a las tres, con puntualidad británica, nos pusieron las llaves del apartamento y pudimos disfrutar, después de una pequeña búsqueda para el aparcamiento, de lo mejor de Bristol.

Nuestra suerte fue inmensa porque eran las fiestas del lugar: ambiente, animación, regatas, diversión y frenesí. Pinta tras pinta de sabor extraordinario y sin esa costumbre estúpida española de tapas, nos fuimos a comer. Para no echar de menos el espíritu español tomamos en el Puerto un gran plato de paella (pa todos, jejeje, soy muy simpático) y algunas cosas más y solo nos soplaron 20 libras por cabeza. Incluso al Casiano que tiene más cabeza (jejeje, soy muy simpático) Pint after pint of extraordinary flavor without the usual stupid Spanish tapas, we went to eat. Una moqueta hacía las veces de playa y toda la gente del baño parecía feliz consigo misma. A carpet served as a beach and bath everyone seemed happy with herself. Fuimos a comer en un hermoso italiano y por una vez el camarero no era español. Era italiano. RESTAURANTE Y ESCENARIO

Nuevo día, nueva ruta. Cardiff. Un gran castillo muy bien decorado y actualizado. Parecía un castillo del siglo XXI. Luchas intestinales y salvajes por tan solo 14 libras. New day, new route. Después de un agradable paseo en barco que nada tenía que envidiar al Vaporcito de Cádiz (por lo menos no estaba hundido, jejeje, que salado soy) fuimos a comer un sabroso pescado con patatas fritas a un monumental teatro transformado en un elegante restaurante. After a pleasant boat trip that had nothing to envy the steamer of Cadiz (at least it was not sunk, lol, that salty am) went to eat a tasty fish and chips to a monumental theater transformed into an elegant restaurant.

EL CASIANO EN EL MUSEO

¡Y POR FIN, OXFORD! Toda la sabiduría inglesa concentrada en años de estudio. El día estaba un poco gris, como el gran cerebro de mis compañeros  de viaje. Bueno, todos menos el Casiano, que tenía más mala cara que los dinosaurios. Le hice una foto y ahora no sé quien es quien. (Jejeje, humor inglés flemático y agudo) AND FINALLY, OXFORD! All English wisdom concentrated in years of study. The day was a bit gray, as the big brain of my fellow travelers. Well, all except the Cassian, who had more bad face that dinosaurs. I took a picture and now I do not know who is who. (Hehehe, phlegmatic British humor and sharp). Después de dar cumplida cuenta de una enorme pinta en un típico pab inglés, dimos un agradable paseo hasta que encontramos un lugar ideal para comer: curiosamente un italiano. Jejeje. La anécdota, por no decir la metedura de pata, la tuvo el Casiano al volver, iba de copiloto y como es lentito de entendederas y no comprende el GPS (qué dice ese, le llama él) contó las rotondas por la derecha y en  lugar del retorno a Bristol, hicimos la ruta de Londres. Para que luego digan que España es diferente. And with the power of the ancient stones and the beauty of the people who rode in the two days following, finalized a grand tour through the southern most beautiful country in the world: GREAT BRITAIN. The children of the Great Britain we are very proud of our country. We are different, drive different, eat different. And they say that Spain is different.
